Truck Tuesday

Hey Yinz,

I'm in Myrtle Beach for a conference so I don't have time to write much! Don't be jealous, this is one of my many trips where I don't actually see the beach - but I can tell you more about rural water assoications in SC than you care to know.

Well for myself, it was a great football weekend (Sorry, Penn State fans). The Gamecocks beat the Bulldogs which pushed us higher in the rankings (#13 in the AP poll!) and we got to see what a true beast Marcus Lattimore is. Very excited for the rest of gamecock season! As Brian mentioned earlier, the Tide beat the Nittany Lions - but it was a good game to watch. I do love JoePa, so I wish the best of luck to Penn State in the rest of their season. Hopefully the Tide will continue winning (except for Oct 9 when they play the gamecocks)! And Sunday, the Steelers/Falcons game was a bit nerve-wracking, but in the end we pulled it out and that is all that matters. Pre and post game tailgate Chads house was fantastic - lots of pierogies were had! Thanks, Chad, for hosting! Basically great start to football season!

Till next Tuesday,
Truck

The South Carolina Rural Water Association conference is a get together for small water associations, aka not like city of columbia or any "large" city water system. They go to classes on the up and coming water industry technology or whatever and then there are also vendors there who are selling water equipment. My company was there to recruit new members. Let me know if you need more detail, that is all kinda vague.
