President Barak Obama has nominated Joe Paterno for the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest honor that a civilian can achieve. This is to commend JoePa on the 45 years of coaching at Penn State in which there have been NO scandals, NO illegal recruiting and all of his players have stayed in school and gotten their degrees.
